CERA CARE WALL PUTTY is Polymer modified White Cement base, Water resistance, High Strength, Preblended Wal] putty for providing water resistance, Smooth and finished Level surface for indoor / Outdoor finishing applications to Concrete, Masonry, Plaster, Wall Surfaces & Ceiling.

Before applying CERA CARE WALL PUTTY Clean the surface with the help of sand paper, Wire brush, Putty Blade, clean all dust particles, loose materials, moisten the wall surface with sufficient quantity of water. Add CERA CARE WALL PUTTY in 400 to 425 ml clean water / kg (40% to 45%) mix continuously
for 8-12 minutes till the formation of homogenous & uniform consistency paste for easy application, more coverage and smooth uniform shade. Leave the mix for 3 to 5 minutes remain idle to dissolve the adhesives, Polymer to gain the special properties.
mix ready to use shall be remix again and start applying first coat on already moisten surface with by Putty blade/ Putty trowel from down to upward direction. After drying and hardening of first coat, rub the surface with the help of wet sponge or very gently with the help of putty blade to remove loose or dust particles leave the surface to dry for minimum 3 hours and then apply second coat & leave the surface for drying completely, in case of any mark, remove them with help of putty blade or by rubbing moist sponge. Leave the surface to dry for minimum 10 to 12 hours. Total thickness of putty coat shall be limited to maximum 1.5mm (or as required as per site conditions, surface)
Qty of CERA CARE WALL PUTTY shall be mixed in such way that it shall be consumed within 2 to 3 hours from the time of mixing.
