Requirement of CERA SCREED/Sft as per consumption / coverage.
Material received at site in first lot shall be used first and same practice shall be followed. Do not mix any material in CERA PLASTER Except clean water.In case of mechanical mixer, CERA PLASTER shall be added in 130 140 ml/kg clean water & mix it thoroughly for minimum 3 min and in case of hand mixing. CERAPLAST shall beadded in 150-160 ML per kg clean water as per consistency required as per site condition & it shall be mixed for 8 to 10 minutes. Accordingly for 40 kg bag of CERA PLAST water shall be added in mixing trey/Pot/ mechanical mixer / stirrer and it shall be mix thoroughly till we get the uniform consistency to the mix material, allow mix material remain idle for 3 to 5 minutes polymer / adhesives / Polymers to dissolved to get the required special properties to CERA SCREED and remix it before use .
Remove old mortar / other material stick to the floor surfaces, Clean the surface thoroughly, remove all dust particles, moist the surface, remove excess water on floor surface if any , check the existing floor levels and thickness of bedding material required to arrive at required level before fixing the tiles. Apply mix material at 4 to 6 corners in the room /area in patches of required thickness after checking the level and to know the correct thickness of bed mortar required to achieved final floor level considering thickness of Tile adhesive, CERA SET CS-1 (for Ceramic CERASET-CS2/CERASET CS3/CS-4(For Vitrified Tiles/Granite/Marbles), after checking levels. Con firmation of requirement of bedding mortar thickness, again mix, start applying CERA SCREED by spreading uniformly till we get the required thickness check the level] at all points, finish the surface uniformly. Allow levelled CERASCREED for curing (twice in day) for 2/3 days if possible, traffic shall be restricted for minimum 24 hours. At the time of fixing the adhesive, Clean the leveled surface of CERA SCREED , remove all dust particles, moist the surface and apply tile adhesive as per manufactures instructions for fixing tiles/ marble/ Granite.
